Extrusion technology – Research lab

The facility includes lab-scale equipment for optimization of extrusion conditions, recipe testing, and preparation of food and feed products for further testing (TRL 3-5).

  • Extruder (10-20 kg/h) with preconditioner
  • Different die assemblies for expanded products
  • Cooling dye for texturization of non-expanded products
