The laboratory consists of a Dynamic Vapor Sorption (DVS) instrument (gravimetric sorption technique) with temperature range 5-60 °C and relative humidity range 0-98%.
Direct measurement of the water activity in samples is available on a routine basis at Nofima BioLab.
